Currently our facility includes 20,000 square feet under roof. Our machine list is comprehensive and well suited to a variety of products, from the simplest 3-axis part to extremely complex 5 & 6-axis parts.

Our NC Programming department is staffed with an experienced and capable team, allowing us to tackle the most complex parts with various geometries. Our programmers are experienced in 4, 5 and 6-axis programming of various materials including, aluminum alloys, brass, steels, titanium and plastics.
We currently maintain the latest licensed seats of CATIA, Unigraphics, and MasterCAM. This diversity in CAD/ CAM systems provides us with the flexibility to be compatible with most customer furnished engineering.
Maverick Aerospace, LLC. uses only the finest CNC machinery including, Nicolas Correa, Mori Seiki, Cincinnati, Kitamura and Takumi Seiki .
